History

Wolfe Tones GAC is the most recently formed Men’s football club in Melbourne. Established in 1990 is has become one of the state’s most successful clubs in its short history. The target audience and information on this website is aimed at present, former and future players as well as the GAA audience in general.

Wolfe Tones are always on the lookout for new players and members and are especially interested in visiting players looking at playing and experiencing the game whilst visiting Melbourne. One of the main reasons for the club’s success is its networking and the extensive contact base that has been established in the home counties of Ireland.
